The NEON Education and Outreach Tiger Team report is written as a guide for the development and execution of the NEON vision, mission, and goals articulated in the document. This document relies on the considerable effort and expertise of nearly 100 educators working at three planning meetings in Marina del Rey, Boston, and Estes Park in 2005.
