The NEON Relocatable Site Selection Process

The NEON relocatable site selection process included community responses to the NEON Request for Information (RFI), several workshops, and the identification of science themes. This document summarizes the process, provides locations of the first-round deployment of candidate relocatable sites, and previews the decisionmaking strategy for future relocatable deployments.
