Education and Outreach Tiger Team Report (formerly titled NEON Education and Outreach Strategic Plan)

The NEON Education and Outreach Tiger Team report is written as a guide for the development and execution of the NEON vision, mission, and goals articulated in the document. This document relies on the considerable effort and expertise of nearly 100 educators working at three planning meetings in Marina del Rey, Boston, and Estes Park in 2005. Carol Brewer, together with Meg Lowman and Laura Huenneke, organized and directed these sessions, which provided the foundation for the Integrated Science and Education Plan (ISEP). In this report, we include many ideas and suggestions from the three NEON planning meetings and from the ISEP. Finally, comments from the Conceptual Design Review (CDR) and Preliminary Design Review (PDR) advisory committees also helped shape our thinking as we developed this Plan.
