Beverly K. Hartline is the dean of the College of Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Technology at Delaware State University. Prior to coming to Delaware State University she has served in many capacities, including associate laboratory director at-large for Argonne National Laboratory; deputy laboratory director at the University of Chicago (2001-2003); acting deputy associate Laboratory Director, Strategic and Supporting Research Directorate at Los Alamos National Laboratory (1998-2001); and assistant director of Physical Sciences and Engineering at the White House Office of Scientific and Technology Policy (1996-1998. Hartline earned a Ph.D in Geophysics from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1978. She served on the NEON Project Manager Search Committee.
