Mike Taggart is a Senior Development Engineer with the Center for Embedded Networked Sensing and is the Facility Manager for the University of California James Reserve. Prior to working for the UC, he was a private engineering consultant specializing in environmental sensor design associated with pipeline location and leak detection. He was a founder and vice-president of MicroSim Corporation (PSpice) and started his career as the Computer Operations Manager for Silicon System, Inc., a custom IC design and manufacturing house. His areas of interest include RF propagation, as well as system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
